Where do you get your employees from?

All BlueForce Employees are direct hire employees of our company. We are continuously recruiting and screening applicants to add to our database from a wide variety of sources nationwide, such as e-mail marketing, internet job boards, healthcare databases and our own applicant website.

What types of personnel do you provide?

We provide Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nurse Aides and a wide variety of Allied Staff. All of our Allied Staff meet the same rigorous standards as our Nursing Personnel.

How do you maintain and verify competencies?

BlueForce utilizes the Joint Commission Certified agency “Nurse Competency” for all of our annual competency reviews.

What is a Shell Profile?

A Shell Profile contains the basic information you need to determine whether or not you are interested in a candidate. It contains an application and/or resume, a skills checklist and the candidate’s availability. Once a candidate is accepted by your organization, we forward all file components required to meet and/or exceed all Department of Health and Joint Commission requirements.

How often should we connect regarding updates for personnel on site?

At BlueForce, we feel an open channel of communication is paramount in the delivery of services. Initially, we prefer to communicate as often as is possible, until all positions are placed, and then we remain available to communicate at your discretion, but should communicate at least once a week.

Who completes the profiles, handles licensing, verifies references, etc.?

Each Client is assigned an Account Executive, who is the primary point of contact to ensure continuity of service. This Account Executive is responsible to perform the final Quality Assurance file review, licensing, background check, reference verification’s, etc.

How much experience do you require your RN’s to have?

We require all of our staff to have a minimum of at least one uninterrupted year in a single area of practice in order to be qualified to work in that area of practice.

How are the timesheets handled?

Each BlueForce Employee maintains his/her timesheet by having it initialed at the end of each shift and then signed at the end of each week. A copy of this timesheet is included with all invoices for hours worked.
