Hank Weaver, RN

Senior Director – Healthcare Services Division
Over the course of a 20 year career in the healthcare Industry Hank Weaver has established himself as a recognized leader in Healthcare Staffing. Having worked as a Critical Care and Trauma Nurse, Hank remains a patient advocate in all his endeavors. Also, having worked as a Travel Nurse, a Strike Replacement Nurse and as a staffing consultant Hank has managed numerous staffing contracts for Healthcare labor disputes. Serving as a House Supervisor for a 650 bed Regional Trauma Center, Hank is well aware of staffing requirements to keep clients fully functional.

During the last 11 years Hank has provided over 10,000 licensed Professional Healthcare workers for labor disputes staffing facilities across the Nation including having staffed as many as 6 Acute Care Facilities simultaneously with over 750 RN’s.

Combining Hank’s experience with Huffmaster’s 45 years of labor dispute management has proven to be a dominating force in the industry.

Gregory M. Johnson

President, Huffmaster Crisis Response
Greg Johnson is the President of Huffmaster Crisis Response, LLC. He is responsible for the overall sales and operations of the Crisis Services portion of Huffmaster’s business. This includes all Strike Security, Healthcare Strike Staffing, Industrial Strike Staffing, Strike Consulting and Disaster Response services. Greg is also responsible for the non-strike related staffing services provided by Huffmaster to its industrial and healthcare clients.

Greg started at Huffmaster in 1986 after serving on a U.S. Army Special Forces “A” Detachment as a Light Weapons Specialist and Communication Specialist. During his military career Greg graduated from several military schools including the Special Forces Qualification Course, Special Operations Training Course and Parachute School.

Greg’s start at Huffmaster was as the Director of Special Projects where he worked across all divisions and service lines, refining his project management and remote operation skills. During this time he directed labor dispute operations, large investigations, disaster response deployments and the start of Huffmaster’s strike staffing service line.

In 1993, Greg was promoted to Vice President of Operations for Huffmaster where the majority of his efforts were dedicated to building Huffmaster’s strike business into a national leader. During this time, the strike division at Huffmaster grew from a local and regional strike security provider to a premiere national labor dispute management company providing strike planning, security and temporary staffing services to clients across all industries. Greg held this position until 2001 when he was promoted to President of Huffmaster Crisis Response, L.L.C. where he became responsible for the leadership of the company.

He has held a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) since 1999 and became a Certified Labor Relations Professional (CLRP) in 2008. Greg has spoken frequently at various trade organizations on the topics of security and labor dispute management and is recognized nationally as an expert on operating a business during a labor dispute.

Craig W. Cassady

Vice President of Sales and Marketing Huffmaster Companies
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Craig Cassady is responsible for leading the strategic sales growth in Huffmaster’s premium security and strike/crisis management business lines as well as identifying and establishing new business opportunities. Mr. Cassady also manages the company’s sales and forecasting activities, service line analysis and sales department staffing.

Since joining Huffmaster in 2000, Mr. Cassady has played a key role in the company’s ongoing expansion from a regional, family-owned strike management firm into a national, full-service security solutions provider with clients ranging from small and medium-sized businesses to the Fortune 500. His ability to both anticipate problems and devise creative solutions tailored to each business’ needs are an invaluable asset to the company and its clients.

Prior to joining Huffmaster, Mr. Cassady owned and operated numerous full-service restaurant operations where he developed his hands-on understanding of the unique operational needs of service industry businesses. During that time, Mr. Cassady was featured in numerous local and national publications for successful restaurant operations and for turning around distressed properties. Cassady began his career in food service with the C.A. Muer Corporation in metropolitan Detroit and is the former owner of the Pilot House Restaurant on Mackinac Island, Michigan.

Mr. Cassady is an active member of ASIS International and the Troy Chamber of Commerce. He is also a sponsor of the Ohio School Board Association and a 25-year fundraiser for the ALS Society.
